How do I talk to your designers?
Telephone, live-chat, email, text messaging, and WhatsApp.
What do you need from me?
Only a quick design brief that you will fill out online. Any logos and images you want included can be sent to us at any time. If you don't have completed food items and descriptions, don't worry. We'll use place-holders that you can update when your design is complete. In this way, your menu design can be done as quickly as possible.
Our service is flexible and we will walk you through the process to get your menus designed as soon as possible, every time.
What happens to my menus if I close my account?
Cancellations within 14 days will have their money refunded and the custom designed menus removed from the account. Accounts that let their subscription expire after a year of service will still have their menus available to them in their account which they can make modifications to online.
Why are your prices lower than my own designer and other services?
Because of our intelligent software that removes the complexity of creating menus, plus our high turnaround in menu designs by our trained design teams.
What if I don't like the design I receive?
Don't worry, you'll have several designs to choose from. Additionally, we can re-assign your projects to a different design team, or re-work any designs that you'd like to change. Additionally, our design teams can mimic virtually any style.
Do you offer "rush design" service?
