Hurricane

2 oz. Second Site Bourbon Barrel Rum
2 oz. Organic Passion Fruit syrup
½ oz. sour mix
Orange juice to fill splash of grenadine

Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, shake and pour into a Hurricane glass… Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

The St. Charles

½ oz. triple sec
8-10 cranberries Splash of Cranberry Juice 
Biutiful Cava to fill

Add triple sec and cranberries to Champagne Flute. Muddle the two ingredients Fill with Biutiful and then a splash of cranberry juice

Sazerac

1 ½ oz. Bulleit Rye 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 sugar cube or a healthy squirt of Simple syrup
Absinthe sprayed to coat a Rocks glass

Pour Bulleit into a pint glass filled with ice. Three dashes of Peychaud’s and a squirt of simple syrup or one sugar cube. Stir with bar spoon, strain into absinthe coated Rocks glass, garnish with a lemon twist

I Left My Heart In NOLA

1 ½ oz. Stoli Vanil Vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 lime squeezed
½ oz. simple syrup

In a mixing tin add all ingredients, Shake and strain into a chilled Martini Glass, garnish with Marshmallow Heart.

The Delta Queen

1 ½ oz. OYO Vodka
½ oz. Triple Sec
½ oz. Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
Biutiful Cava

Mix the first four ingredients in mixing tin, shake and strain into a chilled Martini Glass, top with Biutiful Cava

Sassy Fiona

1 ½ oz. OYO Stone Fruit Vodka
½ oz. Passion Fruit Juice
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. sour mix 

Shake ingredients in mixing tin, strain into chilled Martini Glass, garnish with a cherry and pineapple piece

2 oz. George Remus Bourbon
1 oz. Housemade pickle juice

George Remus Bourbon Neat in a Rocks glass, pickle juice chaser in a shot glass

Cincinnati Red’s Stocking Manhattan

2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
4 dashes Angostura Bitters 

Shake both ingredients in a mixing tin, strain into chilled Martini Glass, drop a Luxardo Cherry into the glass to garnish

Amaretto Sour

1 ½ oz. Amaretto di Saronno
1 fresh lemon juice
1 oz. house made simple syrup 

Shake all ingredients in a mixing tin, pour into Rocks glass, garnish with an orange slice and a cherry  

PBJ Beer Cocktail

½ Snifter Lindemans Raspberry Lambic
½ Snifter of Left Hand Milk Nitro Milk Stout 

Pour half a snifterfull of Raspberry Lambic and top it off with the Left Hand Milk Stout

Dark Voodo

2oz. Bourbon Barrel Gin
½ oz. Watershed Nocino Black Walnut Liqueur

Shake the ingredients together, strain into a Rocks Glass, garnish with orange peel

Dark and Stormy

2 oz. Meyer’s Dark Rum
Royal Jamaican Ginger Beer

Pour Meyer’s into a Collins Glass filled with ice, top with Ginger beer

BrewRiver Bloody Mary

1 ½ oz. Bartons Vodka
Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix
Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout

Fill Hurricane glasswith ice, add Bartons Vodka and Zing Zang. Top with Left Hand Milk Stout. Garnish with Lime slice, olives, pickled green beans, pickles, and slice of bacon

Pisco Sour

1 ½ oz Pisco
¼ oz. Egg Whites
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
2 lime wedges 

Egg Whites, Simple Syrup and Lime wedges, add Pisco.. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini Glass, top with a dash of bitters

Grapefruit Margarita

1 ½ oz. Herradura Silver Tequila
½ oz. Triple Sec
Juice from 1 grapefruit
splash simple syrup 

Add all ingredients to mixing tin, shake and pour into a salt rimmed Collins Glass garnish with a lime slice
