Jerk Chicken Wings
Chicken wings coated in a jerk spice rub, made with escellion, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice. Wings are baked instead of fried!
Deep Fried Chicken with Waffles
Butter milk marinated chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning. Deep fried until succulent inside and crispy on the outside.
Rib-eye steak, king prawns, mac ‘n’ cheese combo served with creamy mash potato, corn on the cob and garlic butter sauce . Serves 2 people.
Salmon Fillet in Teriyaki Sauce
Seared Salmon, covered in home- made Teriyaki sauce served on a bed of noodles.
